Plant Therapy is hosting a charity dinner in Twin Falls, ID on June 24, 2016 to benefit the Heartwood Orphan Homestead. The volunteer-driven event will include a delicious catered meal, gift bag, silent auction, and presentation by Africa Heartwood Project. 100% of income from this event will be donated directly to AHP, all overhead being gifted by Plant Therapy. Purchase a table for 8 for a minimum $200 donation, or individual tickets for $30 each at planttherapy.com/charity-dinner.

Almost a billion people don’t have access to sustainable clean water globally, which is a leading cause of preventable death among children in Sub-Saharan Africa. We lose a child every 41 seconds directly or indirectly because of this water crisis (WHO fs 330/391). Our Village Water Projects have provided clean water for thousands of Africans, most of whom are children. And it only costs us 1/2 a penny per day to provide clean water for a child!

Two Bore Holes Successfully Installed – June 13, 2009
Your efforts to raise funds have found a successful end with the completion of the bore holes in two remote Ghanaian villages! Andy Jones, Director of AHP, visited the villages in May-June to participate in the final phases of installation, and witness the celebration event marking the end of the eight-month project. The chief and the residents of Alantaso and Krobidasiwakyi send their gratitude to everyone for having helped to provide the wonderful gift of clean water! Click here to see pictures and updates.
