Charity Dinner for AHP hosted by Plant Therapy

Plant Therapy is hosting a charity dinner in Twin Falls, ID on June 24, 2016 to benefit the Heartwood Orphan Homestead.  The volunteer-driven event will include a delicious catered meal, gift bag, silent auction, and presentation by Africa Heartwood Project. 100% of income from this event will be donated directly to AHP, all overhead being gifted by Plant Therapy. Purchase a table for 8 for a minimum $200 donation, or individual tickets for $30 each at planttherapy.com/charity-dinner.

Change the World

Almost a billion people don’t have access to sustainable clean water globally, which is a leading cause of preventable death among children in Sub-Saharan Africa. We lose a child every 41 seconds directly or indirectly because of this water crisis (WHO fs 330/391). Our Village Water Projects have provided clean water for thousands of Africans, most of whom are children. And it only costs us 1/2 a penny per day to provide clean water for a child!

Two Bore Holes Successfully Installed – June 13, 2009
Your efforts to raise funds have found a successful end with the completion of the bore holes in two remote Ghanaian villages! Andy Jones, Director of AHP, visited the villages in May-June to participate in the final phases of installation, and witness the celebration event marking the end of the eight-month project.
